It's called the Al Gore Effect and it's happening today in D.C. where today they cancelled hearings in Congress on "Global Warming" because of a snowstorm named "Snowquestration". In Minnesota we don't name our snowstorms we just call it Tuesday. This same storm just finished going through Minnesota yesterday dumping up to a foot in places, by the time I drove home from work the roads were cleared and traffic was moving normally, no biggy.
