One of the biggest problems with our economy is our energy policy. The biggest reason for this is the threat of "Global Warming". Even though 96% of scientist DON'T Believe in Global Warming our energy policies are based on this scare tactic.

With all the talk of the Government defaulting on its debt on August 2nd, I thought I would come up with my own plan on how to solve this problem and of course it involves Global Warming.
Here are three things that Congress can do right now to avoid a Government default.
Step One - FREEZE SPENDING
The main reason we are in the mess is that the DEMS want to increase spending by a Trillion Dollars (with a T). We should just say NO, WE ARE BROKE, and continue funding at current levels. This alone would avoid a default.
Step Two - ERASE PHONY DEBT
The Government OWES ITSELF $1.7 Trillion (with a T) we could eliminate this with the stroke of a pen.
It sounds like we're using Bernie Madoff as Treasury Secretary. Full story here.

...The Treasury pays the interest on the debt on behalf of the U.S. government to the Fed, which in turn returns 90% of the payments it gets back to the Treasury. Nonetheless, that $1.7 trillion in U.S. bonds that the Fed owns, despite the shell game of payments, is still counted in the debt ceiling number, which caps that amount of total Federal debt at $14.3 trillion.

Step Three - PRONOUNCE GLOBAL WARMING A FRAUD
One of the biggest problems with our economy is our energy policy, the biggest reason for this is the fictitious threat of "Global Warming". Even though 96% of scientist DON'T Believe in Global Warming our energy policies are based on this scare tactic.
While the U.S. economy is sinking like the Titanic, Obama is playing his violin on the deck by making a decree that all vehicles must get 54 miles per gallon. Why stop there why not make it a 100MPH? This will just increase the prices of cars and gas immediately. Instead he should have opened up ANWR which would have brought down the price of gas right now.
We spend billions each year on studying Global Warming, this should be eliminated.
We should lift all restrictions on CO2 emissions, this would immediately lower energy costs.
